DOHA, Qatar - Human Rights Watch is expected to release a scathing report on the treatment of migrant labourers in the Gulf state of Qatar.Many migrant workers, mostly from India and other South Asian countries, have made allegations of physical abuse and non-payment of salaries by their Qatari employers.
The mounting accusations have prompted Indian politicians to seek comprehensive reform of their country's laws to protect migrant workers.
