BUENOS AIRES, Argentina - A new protest once again paralyzed all rubbish collection services in the City, after the CEAMSE conflict that had left thousands of bags piling up on the streets in the last few days had finally been solved.
This time the conflict was due to the protest staged by several recycling cooperatives in the Camino del Buen Ayre and Gorriti highway, currently stopping the trucks from the leaving the CEAMSE landfill.
As this new conflict arose, the City’s Environment and Public Space Minister Diego Santilli once again urged the population not to take the rubbish out.
