d of people gather in front of UK Foreign Ministry, protesting ultra-nationalist Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman's London visit. The protesters, among them antiwar groups, activist and Human rights groups like Palestinian Solidarity Campaign and Jews for Justice for Palestinians rallied outside the Ministry's headquarters in London shouting slogans such as "Racist terrorist not welcome."
There were no reports about Lieberman's trip to London as part of his European tour. Lieberman arrived in London Tuesday afternoon and is to leave the UK after talks with his counterpart
David Miliband.
Lieberman (photo) had pushed for bombing Gaza 'like the US had bombed Hiroshima' during the latest Gaza war. The hardliner Israeli minister was dubbed 'racist' by his critics after making harsh statements about Arab Israeli lawmakers and refusing to recognize Palestine's statehood.
