BOLIVIANS STRUGGLE TO COPE AFTER FLOODING
Tens of thousands of Bolivians are struggling to cope after weeks of heavy rain and bad weather.
The floods killed dozens of people last month and authorities declared a state of emergency in response to the crisis.
In the northeastern department of Beni, navy and army officials came together as they prepared to reach isolated communities cut-off by the floods.
